The quality of our lead free iron tips:
1. Special order for particular soldering tips which are same type and size as intended brand products are available on customer’s request.
2. Tips shown are not in actual size and are of some what differences form the actual products, please refer to samples and to consult the chanton sales department in case of purchase. Products model, parameter, and capability are subject to change due to the improvement of products,
3. All dimension about tinning and subject to the manufacturing tolerances.
4. The lead free solder is of 30 ºC higher melting points than the ordinary solder, therefore the soldering aid will stick on the surface of tips due to high temperature carbonization. This will result in repellence between tips and solder. To facilitated soldering process, frequently cleaning tips is recommended.
