Feauters??Turn on the battery cover and put alkaline battery size AA(1.5V)X3pcs in right position as illustrated??then turn the cover off.

HOW TO MOUNT THE TIP: Plug in the tip to mount and pull out to dismount as illustrated below. The metal remover tools 110??0 will help you to do it easily.
Push on the slide switch to ?ON???Position. ( it does not work in ?OFF???position of slide switch.)

Press the power button??the LED indicator lights up and the tip starts to heat up??in about 10 seconds??it might
melt the solder??and you can start to work. (ATTENTION: When the LED indicator becomes dark??or it takes more than 30 seconds to start solder melting??please replace with new batteries??as the batteries are less power.)

Power keeps on only while you are pressing the button??so remember to release the power button right after operation??otherwise the tip keeps heating up while pressing the button. Timely intermittent press and off will make temperature controlled possibly and battery life will be prolonged.

After operation??clean up the tip??then plate new tinning layer on it??and return slide switch back to ?OFF???Position??put on the protective cap.
